The National Monuments Service's description
In grassland with Kilfinnane motte (LI056-024----) in field immediately to ENE. Irregular shaped standing stone (H 1.3m x Wth 0.3m x T 0.3m) with long axis aligned roughly N-S. The ground around the base of the stone has been eroded away by livestock.
