The National Monuments Service's description

In rough pasture. Not marked on 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised D-shaped area (dims. c. 27m NW-SE; 43m NE-SW) defined by a scarp from NW-N-E-S-SW and at W by a post-1700 field boundary running NW-SE. Tree and scrub covered earthwork visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
