The National Monuments Service's description

In level pasture. Site depicted as embanked circular enclosure on 1841 OS 6-inch map and as small circular field on 1924 OS 6-inch map is roughly circular hollow (diam. c. 17m). Sides slope gradually towards centre which is c. 0.8m below external ground level. Field boundary curves to respect hollow NW->ENE.
