The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, within a field system (LI049-063001-), two earthworks (LI049-063006/008-) lie 140m and 75m to the NW respectively. Not marked on OSi 6-inch maps. Earthwork identified as a circular shaped cropmark defined by a fosse on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000) taken 03/11/1984. Monument visible as a circular shaped cropmark (diam. c. 29m) truncated at N by a relic field boundary running NNW-SSE on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
