In pasture, 190m SW of Darranstown House and 115m N of Knockaunnacreeha. Not marked on 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map or the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch. Depicted on the Cassini ed. OSi 6-inch map as a small mound annotated 'Mote'. Levelled monument visible as a small circular cropmark on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12. Possible trace of raised circular area of dry ground visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 26/04/2015.
