The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture 17m E of a roadway that marks the townland boundary with Ballincolly. Enclosure (LI047-059----) lies 200m to N. Not depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. It is shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a roughly oval-shaped area (dims. c. 34m N-S; 19m E-W) enclosed by a bank. Outline of scrub-covered monument visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
