The National Monuments Service's description
In undulating pasture. Monument, depicted as oval embanked enclosure on 1923 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. Now evident as roughly oval area (21m N-S; 15m E-W) defined by slight scarped edge (H 0.15m; Wth 1.2m) with external fosse (D 0.05m; Wth 1.3m) NE->NW which is truncated on N side by field boundary. Entire site under marshy pasture.
