The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on N-facing slope. Most of Monument, depicted as rectangular (c. 40m E-W; c. 20m N-S) enclosure on 1923 OS 6-inch map, now inaccessible due to a dense overgrowth of thorn bushes. Interior appears to be raised above level of surrounding terrain and defined by a low earthen bank (Int. H c. 0.3m; ext. H 2.45m) with substantial external fosse (Base Wth 4.6m; D 2.15m). Causewayed entrance (Wth 1.4m) at E end of N side. Most of fosse waterlogged.
