The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture. Sub-oval area (26m NNE-SSW; 20m WNW-ESE) defined by scarped edge (H 0.65m; Wth 2.2m) SE-NE and by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.75m) NE-SE. External fosse (D c. 0.3m) varies in width as it intermingles with a network of dry-stream depressions. Causeway entrance (Wth 4m) at ESE. Interior level, and entire monument under grass.
