The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on SSW-facing slope. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure on 1923 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled and surrounding field boundaries removed. However, it is still discernible as circular area (22.3m N-S; 22m E-W) enclosed NW->N by low earthen bank (H c. 0.25m; Wth c. 7m) and defined N->NW by very-slight scarped edge. Interior surface marshy, slopes gently down to SSW, and is clear of overgrowth except for two mature trees. Very low oval (10m N-S; 7.5m E-W) rise discernible in centre of interior. According to local information monument levelled to present form c. 1980.
