The National Monuments Service's description

In reclaimed pasture, in NE quadrant of a group of fourteen barrows (LI041-032001/013-). Enclosure (LI041-031----) lies 285m to the SW and a barrow cemetery (LI049-072001/026-) lies to the S and SSW. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified in 1936 during a survey of the area undertaken by Ó Ríordáin (1936, 175). Monument visible as a circular cropmark ( diam. c. 5m) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018.
