The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture 200m W of the townland boundary with Bohercarron. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised oval-shaped platform (dims. c. 30m NW-SE; 26m NE-SW) defined by a scarp. Surveyed by Henry A. Wheeler in 1966 and described as a well preserved circular-shaped platform ringfort with a shallow fosse. Outline of tree-lined monument is clearly visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
