In pasture, immediately W of a stream with Knockaunatarriff 210m to SW. Earthwork (LI041-013016-) and ditch-barrow (LI041-013015-) lie 45m to the SE and 40m to the NE respectively. Not marked on historic OSi maps. Possible ring-barrow listed by Grogan (1989, 246). Monument is visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c, 3m) on Digital Globe orthophoto taken between 2011-13 and Google Earth orthoimage dated 18/11/2018.
