The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, 50m E of townland boundary with Ballycahill and 90m N of townland boundary with Knocklong. A ringfort (LI040-079----) lies 175m to the SE. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as the cropmark of a possible ditch-barrow on oblique aerial photograph taken in 2003 (ASIAP (344) 9). Monument visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c. 5m) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/03/2018.
