In wet pasture on the floodplains of the Camoge River that forms townland boundary with Rathanny. One of a group of five barrows – ring-barrows (LI040-270001-/004-), within a promontory fort (LI040-271001) 4m to the W of the fosse running NE-SW.. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified on oblique aerial photograph (ASIAP (347)24, 17) as the circular cropmark of possible ditch-barrow. Monument visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c. 5m) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
