The National Monuments Service's description

In reclaimed pasture, 70m E of the townland boundary with Knockainey. One of a group of 3 possible ditch-barrows, (LI040-189001/002-). Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a possible barrow by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 56; AP 5/2072). No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage take between 2011-13. Possible trace of monument visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c. 4m) intersected at E by a trackway running N-S, on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/09/2020.
