The National Monuments Service's description
In improved wet pasture, liable to flood, within a meandering loop on the S side of the Morningstar River, which also marks a townland boundary with Ardykeohane. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a possible enclosure by the SMR from analysis of 1:10,0000 Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraghleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photograph (BGE No. 60). The precise location and nature of this monument cannot be confirmed without access to the aerial photograph which is missing from the paper file (SMR File). Monument is not visible on OSi orthoimages taken 2005-2012, or on Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013 or on Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018.
