The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, 100m N of townland boundary with Hammondstown. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a circular feature on aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000 2571, Site 4/42) taken 03/11/1984 on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage. Faint trace of monument visible as D-shaped cropmark (dims. c. 20m N-S; 22m E-W) N of relic watercourse running E-W on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/03/2018.
