The National Monuments Service's description
In wet rough pasture, 90m SE of townland boundary with Bottomstown. ‘Tobergobban’ holy well(LI040-017-) and graveyard (LI040-018001-) lie 60m and 40m to the NW respectively. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 60; AP 5/2073) as a circular area defined by a fosse from SSW-W-N-NE, intersected at E by a drainage ditch running N-S. Faint trace of circular cropmark visible on OSi orthophoto taken 2005-12. Outline of earthwork (diam. c. 17m) visible on Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthophotos.
