Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 22.01 & 22.02; AP 5/2111) as a possible enclosure with adjacent linear feature. Visible as circular-shaped area located to immediate N of trackway running E-W on aerial photograph (ASIAP (346) 4) taken 05/01/2003. Monument visible as a circular-shaped cropmark (diam. c. 17m) on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Possible trackway (L 430m) to S can be traced running roughly E-W between two ringforts (LI039-036/039----). Faint outline of levelled monument visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/09/2020 where it is intersected at S by possible trackway defined by a low bank at N and S.
See attached aerial photograph (ASIAP (346) 4), Bruff aerial photographs (20.1 & 20.2) and Google Earth orthoimages.
