The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, 170m E of townland boundary with Parkroe and 185m E of townland boundary with Camas South. An earthwork (LI039-042----) lies 37m to NW, enclosure (LI039-043----) lies 84m to SE. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Possible site (Site No. 039133) identified during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/50000 2542) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Partial cropmark of D-shaped earthwork (dims. c. 36m N-S; 34m E-W) transected at E by a post-1700 field boundary running N-S is visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-212 and on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/09/2020. The earthwork is intersected at NW and SW by linear cropmarks running NW-SE and NE-SW respectively. Small circular enclosure (diam. c. 15m) visible in centre of partial cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage dated 05/04/2006.
