The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on SE-facing slope. Circular area (41.1m SE-NW; 38.4m NE-SW) defined by scarped edge (H 2.1m; Wth 2.85m), with external fosse (D 2.3m; Wth 4m) except on SE side. Gap in bank at ESE (Wth 2.1m). Level interior partially covered in overgrowth. Concentric with top edge of scarp, and c. 2m inside it, is arc of low stones, most prominent W->NW. Form S edge of enclosure stony bank (Wth 4.6m; H c. 0.5m) runs in SE direction for c. 31m where it abuts rock outcrop.
