The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on low-lying level terrain, overlooked by low hill NW->N. Sub-circular area (31m N-S; 36m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 0.25m; Wth 4m). Scarp is indistinct and difficult to differentiate from undulations of natural terrain, but is best preserved S->N. A farm passage runs close to W side along line of a removed field boundary. Interior, under pasture, slopes down very gently to WSW.
