The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture. Circular area (diam. c. 40m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.4m) with external fosse (D 0.1m; Wth 1.2m). Gap (Wth c. 4m) through bank at NNE. Farm trackway overlies fosse WSW->NW. Field boundary skirts along outer edge of fosse E->SW; continuation of boundary SW->E has been removed- probably bulldozed into fosse. Interior level, waterlogged and covered by overgrowth.
