The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on slight E-facing slope. Roughly circular area (26.9m N-S; 25m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.6m) with external fosse (D 0.4m; Wth 3.6m). Gaps in bank, caused by cattle accessing interior, at E and SE. Bank removed NW->N and fosse infilled NW->NE. Trackway runs N-S though centre of site. Interior level, waterlogged and covered by overgrowth along margins.
