In level pasture. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 50m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been truncated on E and S sides by field boundaries. South side edge of site now defined by field drain. Interior level, dry and clear of overgrowth (48.4mm from bank to field boundary E-W; 36.3m from bank to drain N-S).
