The National Monuments Service's description

In level area of waste ground bordered by stream to N and E, and by trackway to SW. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, and as oval platform (c. 30m N-S; c. 35m E-W) on 1924 OS 6-inch map, is now largely inaccessible because of dense overgrowth and dumped soil which covers much of site. Enclosing element appears to be a scarped edge. Centre of interior is clear of overgrowth and covered by grass.
