The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on slight W-facing slope. Roughly circular area (diam. 45m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.2m; ext. H 1.8m) with external partially waterlogged fosse (D 0.85m; Wth 0.7m). Breaks in bank at N (Wth 0.9m), NNE (Wth 1.5m) and ENE (Wth 1.85m), but none matched by causeway across fosse. Interior and most of enclosing element is masked by dense overgrowth. Field boundary abuts enclosure at N.
