The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture on the western slope of a Knockroe hill. Not depicted on the OSi maps. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 55; AP 4/3630) as a circular shaped cropmark. Outline of monument visible as a sub-circular area defined by a bank on OSi orthophotos taken 2005-2012. Visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 28/06/2018 as a circular depression 15m E of field boundary.
