The National Monuments Service's description

Standing stone described by O'Kelly (1944, 16) as following; 'In the next field to the N. of the above monument [LI033-028----] there is a small standing stone, which is 60' [18.3m] to the N. of the fosse. It is a limestone pillar 4' 6" [1.37m] high by 3' 6" [1.06m] by 1' 9" [0.53m]'.
