The National Monuments Service's description
In the S quadrant of large barrow or burial mound (LI033-015001-). Surveyed by the ASI in 2007 and described as a sub-circular shaped area (4.2m N-S; 4.5m E-W) defined by a scarp (Wth 1m; H 1.2m), fosse (base Wth 0.5m) and outer bank (Wth 2.75m; H 0.2m). Visible as a roughly circular-shaped depression (diam. c. 4m) in the S of interior on OSi orthophotos 2005-12 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018.
