The National Monuments Service's description
In improved wet pasture, cut by land drains and watercourses, 200m W of a townland boundary with Oldtown. Ringfort (LI032-156----) lies 12m to N. Monument is not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 294: AP5/2046) as a subcircular-shaped earthwork. Upstanding monument is visible as a faint roughly circular-shaped cropmark (diam. 19.5m) defined by a possible fosse, as seen on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and on Google Earth orthoimage 20/09/2020.
