The National Monuments Service's description
Identified on aerial photograph (Bruff Survey: Map 32, Bruff 282.1: AP 4/3601). Described by Doody (2008, 135) as a 'oval ditched enclosure, c. 80m E-W x 60m N-S, with possible annexe on N side. Area enclosed possible a raised platform'; the morphology of this enclosure indicates that it may be Bronze Age in date (ibid.).
