The National Monuments Service's description

In reclaimed pasture, 40m SE of a public road which marks a townland boundary with Rootiagh to NW. Moated site (LI032-203----) lies 22m to NNE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 155.02: AP 4/3635), as a circular-shaped cropmark. Monument is barely visible as a faint roughly circular-shaped earthwork (diam. 10m) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013. Monument is not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 20/09/2020.
