The National Monuments Service's description

No surface remains visible of any medieval church. Post-1700 R. C. Church standing in graveyard (LI032-008002-) which contains memorials dating from the post-1700 period onwards (O'Kelly 1944, 45). According to Westropp (1904-05, 382) the abbey of Monasteranenagh (LI031-050004-) was granted the church site of Grange.
