The National Monuments Service's description
On flat pasture abutting the townland boundary with Ballycullane. Enclosure (LI031-197----) 360m to SW. The site is not depicted on OSi historic maps. The enclosure is not visible on the OSi orthoimages taken 2005-12 nor on the Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 100.3: AP 4/3598) as a potential enclosure (ext. dims. c. 14m) with a comment on a copy of the photo noting that the site is ‘unclear’ on the ‘AP’. The enclosure is not identifiable on subsequent Google Earth orthoimages including the most recent taken 28/06/2018.
See attached Bruff survey image showing the site labelled Bruff 100.3 and Google Earth orthoimage
