The National Monuments Service's description
On wet flat pasture 105m SE of the Morningstar River and the townland boundary with Carrigeen. Enclosure (LI031-116----) located 26m to NE, enclosure (LI031-184----) located 40m to NW. Not depicted on historic OSi maps, nor is it visible on the OSi orthoimages taken 2005-12 nor on Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 52.02: AP 5/2061) as a circular enclosure in an open field (ext. diam. c. 25m). The site is not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 04/04/2013; a faint potential circular enclosure (a ring-barrow) is faintly visible on the latest Google Earth orthoimage taken 14/09/2019.
