The National Monuments Service's description
On wet flat pasture 720m NW of the Morningstar River and 230m E of the townland boundary with Carrigeen. Ringfort (LI031-098) located 370m to NW. Not depicted on historic OSi maps, possible traces visible on OSi orthoimages taken 2005-12. Not visible on Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 47: AP 4/2062) as two elements from a circular enclosure bisected by two field boundaries. The site is not visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 05/04/2006 and 24/09/2018. Of doubtful antiquity.
