The National Monuments Service's description
In wet pasture 20m N of Morningstar River that marks the townland boundary with Camas South and 220m NW of the site of 19th century Camas House. Not depicted on historic OSi maps. Identified from examination of aerial photograph (BGE 1:5000 No. 49) of the region taken 03/11/1984 associated with Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraghleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. No surface remains of possible oval enclosure visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12 or on Google Earth orthoimage dated 20/09/2020.
