The National Monuments Service's description
Monument described by O'Kelly (1942-3, 233) as following; This is a circular platform on the edge of which there is a bank. Outside there is a fosse. The north side of the monument has been obliterated and the bank remains for about 30' only on the west side. The entrance is not recognisable. The overall diameter is 175' [53m]. Situated in good low-land'.
