The National Monuments Service's description

In rough pasture, 100m SE of the 12th century Cistercian abbey of Monasteranenagh (LI031-050004-) and 132m S of the Camoge River. Abbey Ville House and walled garden 130m to SW. Not depicted on OSi maps. Traces of earthworks are visible to the N of Monasteranenagh Abbey on oblique aerial photograph taken 17/07/1968 (CUCAP AVQ087). A modern laneway runs E-W to the north of the linear features. Traces of relic field system associated with abbey visible as linear earthworks with trace of relic field boundary running NW-SE on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-2012 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 14/02/2020.
