The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, 140m E of a townland boundary with Monaster North. An enclosure (LI031-136----) lies 65m to N. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a suboval-shaped enclosure (55m NE-SW; 45m NW-SE). Monument is visible as a suboval-shaped cropmark truncated by a farm road across the SW sector and with a field boundary to the immediate NW, on OSi aerial orthoimage taken 2005-2012, on Digital Globe aerial orthoimage taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.
