The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle NW-facing slope, in pasture, 90m S of a townland boundary with Cahirduff. An enclosure (LI031-013----) lies 75m to NW. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument surveyed by the ASI in 2007 and described as an oval-shaped area (38m N-S; 34m E-W) enclosed by the remains of much degraded bank (Wth 10.7m; int. H 0.35m; ext. H 0.55m) from NW-N-NNE and from E-ESE-SE and by a scarp (Wth 3.0m; H 0.25m) from WNW-NW, from NNE-NE with external fosse (Wth 9m; D 0.05m) visible from ENE-E-SE and traces of an outer bank (Wth 12.5m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.45m) evident from E-ESE. The interior has a gentle WNW-facing slope. Monument is visible as an oval-shaped cropmark (75m NW-SE; 69m NE-SW) on OSi aerial orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.
