The National Monuments Service's description
In tillage, on N-facing slope. Roughly circular area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by two concentric earthen banks with intervening fosse (Wth 1.1m). Inner bank (int. H 1.45m; ext. H 2.7m) and outer bank (int. H 1.75m; ext. H 0.45m) both present steepest profile on NW side; outer bank replaced by field boundary N->SE and modified to form road boundary SE->SW. Interior covered by dense overgrowth.
