The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on break in N-facing slope. Oval area (33m N-S; 35.5m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank with external fosse (D 0.1m; Wth 2.5m). Field boundary (ext. H 0.95m) runs along outer edge of fosse except to NW where fosse skirted by farm passage. Enclosing bank (int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1.05m) is heavily masked by vegetation overgrowth. Break in bank (Wth 1.4m) at SSE matched by break in field boundary (Wth 2m). Level interior under pasture.
