The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on low-lying level terrain which is part of flood plain of Deel River. Monument, depicted as circular enclosure on 1923 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. However, monument is still evident as circular area (35m N-S; 34.5m E-W) of differential grass, defined by a scarped edge (H 0.2m; Wth 2.6m) S->NNW. Level interior under grass, with cluster of darker grass at centre.
