The National Monuments Service's description

In undulating pasture, on gentle E-facing slope. Oval area (32m N-S; 28m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank with external fosse. Bank (int. H 0.55m; ext. H 1.3m) is best preserved S->N, but heavily eroded elsewhere (int. H 0.3m). Fosse (Wth 1.6m; D 0.45m) is littered with loose stones, particularly at SW. Large stones have been dumped along top of bank S->NW and in SE quadrant of interior. Interior is generally clear of overgrowth and slopes very gently down to E. Field boundary, indicated on 1923 OS 6-inch map abutting bank at E, has been removed. Ringfort (LI028-055---) 30m to N.
