The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope, immediately below brow of hill. Roughly circular area (28m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by scarped edge (H 0.45m; Wth 4.8m) E->N, but scarp is only barely perceptible N->E. Interior is under pasture; W half slopes down gently towards centre but E half is flat. There is a public road, running E-W, immediately S of enclosure.
