The National Monuments Service's description
On poorly drained reclaimed grassland, 30m NW of a small stream that flows NE into the Reask River. A ring-barrow (LI024-221----) is located 60m to NE. The site is not depicted on OSi historic maps. The enclosure is visible as a circular earthwork on the OSi orthoimage taken 2005-12 and on the Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 1601 AP 4/3625) as a circular enclosure (ext. dims. c. 30m N-S; 33m E-W). The enclosure is visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018. The 21st century aerial photos of the site illustrate a modern drainage channel running from the centre of the monument draining into the stream that flows to the NW.
