The National Monuments Service's description

In reclaimed pasture. An enclosure (LI024-324----) lies 175m to NW and a ring-barrow (LI024-124----) lies 240m to ESE. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. Monument identified as a circular-shaped earthwork by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 74: AP 4/3680). Earthwork visible as an oval-shaped area (approx. dims. 37m WNW-ESE; 33m NNE-SSW) defined by a distinct fosse, on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 18/11/2018.
